Our building consists of 39 apartments spread over 13 floors, with 3 apartments per floor. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is designed to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. You’ll enjoy a cozy bedroom with two single beds, a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with hairdryer and a sunny terrace that’s perfect for relaxing.
For your convenience, we provide bed linen and towels. Each apartment comes with air conditioning, a
washing machine, a microwave, and free Wi-Fi
to keep you connected at any time!
Please note that pets are not allowed, and we do not accept stag or hen parties.

La Caseta Apartments offers two elevators, a swimming pool with a children’s area, a sunbathing area, and parking (subject to availability and extra charge). For your convenience, we also provide a luggage storage service, so you can store your bags on the day of departure.

Keys Collection
Collect our keys at the apartments. When making your reservation, please indicate your approximate arrival time. Check-in time is from 05 PM to 08 PM, and check-out must be before 10 AM. If you arrive outside the specified hours, you will find a sign directing you to the key pickup location at the Hotel Prince Park, located at Calle Primavera 3, just 100 meters away.
